OncePic is a free browser-based photo tool and is provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations for color, quality, file size, crop framing, stamps, metadata, or compatibility.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for backing up your original files and for how you use any output from OncePic.
On-screen actions such as Remove only clear items from the tool’s result list. They do not delete files from your device. Always confirm downloads and keep originals if you need them.
Large batches may use substantial memory in your browser tab. If the tab slows or reloads, try fewer photos at a time.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any photos you select, and for complying with applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, accidental deletion, corruption, unsatisfactory results, device or browser issues, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—OncePic.
Local processing
Processing is designed to run in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for how photos and technical data are handled. Hosting, network, or browser limits may still affect whether a particular file or batch can be processed.
Fonts
The interface and optional watermark may use Manrope, Syne, Oswald, IBM Plex Sans, Noto Sans TC, and Lora. These fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. We load them from Google Fonts. The license covers the font files; OncePic does not sell fonts.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
