Features

Process the batch, not one photo at a time

Import to export is a single pass: size, color, layout and watermark are all decided on one screen, with the result visible the whole time.

Hit the size you need

Name a target file size and OncePic finds the best quality for it — no more guessing at JPEG quality sliders.

Resize everything at once

Export by long edge — 1280 for chat, 1920 for web, 2560 for large prints — or keep the original size.

Per-photo auto white balance

Each photo’s color cast is corrected first, then a shared look is applied, so the batch reads as one set.

Crop and focus

Lock one aspect ratio and set a focal point per photo, so faces and products never get cut off.

Optional watermark

Font, size, color and placement are adjustable per photo — add it only when you want branding on the shot.

Save reusable presets

Store the whole setup as a preset and apply it to the next event or product drop in one click.

Your photos stay on your machine

Every compression, color tweak and crop runs locally in the browser — ideal for unreleased products, client events and internal material.

No uploads

Photos never leave this tab — there is no server-side copy.

No account

Open the URL and go. No sign-up, no tracking of your work.

Closes clean

Close the tab when you are done and the temporary data is gone instantly.

Frequently asked questions

What format does OncePic export?

OncePic always exports JPEG, chosen for the most predictable size-to-quality ratio across photo batches.

How many photos can I process at once?

There’s no hard limit — it depends on your device’s memory. Most laptops handle a few hundred photos comfortably.

What is the Preset menu?

Pick a built-in Scenario to start fast — Compress & balance (500 KB + auto WB), Warm for web (Soft Warm · 1920px), or Square soft (1:1 crop). After export, save your own setup under My presets.

Can I reuse my settings?

Yes, save your size, color, layout and watermark choices as a preset and apply them to future batches in one click. Per-photo focus is not saved.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, the same workflow adapts to phone and tablet screens, though large batches are faster on desktop.

Batch photo tools in your browser

OncePic is a free online tool to batch compress photos, resize for chat or web, auto white-balance, apply a color look, crop and rotate, add an optional watermark, then export JPEG — in one pass. Output is always JPEG (including PNG imports); transparency is not kept. Processing runs in this tab on your device; we do not upload your files to our servers.

Flow: Import → Size → Color → Layout → Watermark → Export.

Save as a preset?

Saves batch settings only — not per-photo focus.
